  Beautiful setting, staff is super friendly and accommodating, campground facilities well-maintained. If you're looking for somewhere peaceful and clean to camp out inconvenience-free, this is it.

  This rv park is nothing like their website. The only way to get to the river is past all the worker's tents. We were situated side by side on a lawn, surrounded by permanent residents. It felt like we were camping in a mobile home park. I'm sure it's fine for one night, but not any longer than that. I gave it an extra star because the owner, Jill, is very nice, and the bathrooms were very clean.

  My sister was thinking of booking here, so since I was driving past, I looked it over for her. As one of the other reviewers said, it looks fine for one night, but my sister wanted a 'destination'. This is definitely not it. I came on here to see if others felt the same as I did, and was rather shocked at the owner's responses. And considering that the one reviewer mentioned 'Jill' by name and was responded to by 'Tony', makes me wonder about the legitimacy of the two five star reviews.

  My husband and I recently visited Barriere for a wedding in the family and we stayed at DJ's RV campground , Jill (the owner) was very pleasant and helpful with directions (Thank-you again Jill ) .The park was clean and well attended too the full facility's (eg. Bathrooms & showers ) were very clean and well maintained . Our experience was wonderful and we will be coming up and visiting our family regularly and Dee-Jay's will be our home base , the park has a wonderful path along the river , we enjoyed our evening walks there . Thank-you again and we recommend the campground to our friends and family .
